How we write our guides and comparisons
We write for business owners who sell on WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger. Here is what you can expect from every article.
In short
- Every fact about another tool comes from its official source and shows the date we checked it.
- When Fluxi appears in a comparison, we say so, and we also say when another option is a better fit.
- The Fluxi numbers we publish are aggregated and anonymous: never a customer's data without their permission.
- If you spot a mistake, tell us and we will fix it; the update date only changes when the content changes.
Who we are#
Fluxi is a platform for selling with artificial intelligence, built in Colombia. An AI agent answers, sells, collects payments, books appointments and follows up on WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger, while the business owner sees their sales pages, orders, customers and metrics in one place. Fluxi was co-founded by Julián Otálora (CEO) and Pablo Otálora (Head of Growth), and is backed by Simón Borrero (CEO of Rappi), Andrés Bilbao (Rappi) and Iván Caicedo (CEO of Escala).
This blog is written by the Fluxi team. Every day we work with stores that sell cash on delivery, course creators who run launches and businesses that sell through appointments and closers across Latin America: that is where our topics and examples come from.
What we publish#
- Practical guides: how to do something step by step, based on what actually works in day-to-day operations.
- Tool comparisons and pricing: what each tool does, what it costs and who it is for.
- Templates and calculators: material you can use in your business today.
- Studies with our own data: aggregated platform numbers, when they help you make a decision.
Where the data comes from#
- Third-party tools: pricing, features and limits come from their official pages (pricing, documentation and help center). Each comparison shows the date we checked them. If something can only be seen with an account, we say so instead of guessing.
- Market figures: we cite the source. If a figure is a third-party benchmark range, we present it as such, not as a promise.
- Fluxi data: when we use platform numbers, they are aggregated and anonymous. We never publish a customer’s name or results without their permission.
How we compare when we are one of the options#
Fluxi appears in some of our comparisons. To make them genuinely useful:
- We say so at the end of every comparison where Fluxi appears.
- We explain which kind of business each tool fits, including when the best option is not Fluxi.
- We use the same criteria for every tool and explain them in the article.
- Nobody pays to be included or for their position.
How we use artificial intelligence#
We use artificial intelligence to research and write —it is what we do— and every fact is checked against its source before we publish. If we cannot verify it, we do not publish it.
Updates and corrections#
We review articles when the pricing or features of the tools they mention change. The “Updated” date only changes when the content changes.
